At SnugDen, every order is backed by our 30-Night Risk-Free Trial. We want your dog to love their bed — and if they don't settle in, you're covered.

30-Night Risk-Free Trial

You have 30 nights from the date your order is delivered to make sure the bed is right for your dog. If it isn't their new favorite spot within that window, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to Start a Return or Refund

To begin, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply with simple next steps — usually within 1 business day. In many cases we can process your refund without requiring the bed to be shipped back; if a return is needed, we'll send clear instructions.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your bed arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
